Hasan is one of the founding partners of MHP. He has legal experiences and practices for more than 25 years. He began his legal career at O.C. Kaligis & Associates while he was still a law school student at Universitas Indonesia. He joined Adnan Buyung Nasution and Partners in 1999 to 2002, where he strengthened his legal profession. In these 2 (two) prominent litigations firms, Hasan handled complex and high profile civil and criminal litigation cases. 

Hasan graduated from The Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia with a Bachelor of Law degree (SH) in 1992 and continued his studies at University of New South Wales, Australia, where he obtained a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in 1997. 

Hasan is a dispute resolution specialist. He focuses his practice primarily on civil & criminal litigation, tax & excise litigation, administrative procedures, commercial arbitration, bankruptcy, and insolvency as well as industrial relation disputes. He gained extensive experience in handling complex and high-profile commercial litigation cases. Hasan has advised various companies from broad range of business sectors as the creditor and debtor in connection with the suspension of debt payment obligation. 

Hasan also represents and advises various Indonesian major local banks in the debt settlement process. Hasan also represents and advises major local banks in filing a civil lawsuits against their debtors to fulfil their obligations to the creditors. He also represents various domestic and foreign clients in criminal process, including but not limited to the investigation process before the police, the prosecution process before the public prosecutors and the trial process before the court. Aside of litigation practice, Hasan represents and advises various clients on general corporate matters, capital investment matters which include establishing domestic and foreign investment companies, as well as advising and handling capital market transactions. With respect to capital market law practice he handles matters particularly related to right issue, bonds issuance and initial public offerings. Hasan actively participates in various seminars and trainings related to commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and capital market. 

Hasan is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Associations (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI), Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM) and Association of Administrator and Receiver Indonesia (Himpunan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – HKPI).
